Katie Dippold is an American television writer, television producer and actor who is currently serving as a co-producer and series writer on the NBC mockumentary comedy Parks and Recreation. She is also the creator of the comedy website LongAwkwardPose.com.[1]

Dippold has a degree in journalism from Rutgers University.[1]

Career

She has made several appearences on Late Night with Conan O'Brien as well as writing and performing one woman shows in New York and frequently performs improv on stage in Los Angeles (she is a part of an improv team called "The Smokes").[1] In 2006 she became a writer for the twelfth season of MADtv and was also a co-producer during its fourteenth season. In 2009 she joined the writing staff of Parks and Recreation.
